UV LED MAX Heads
The OmniCure® UV LED MAX Heads have been specially designed to reduce manufacturing costs through faster UV curing rates, higher power efficiency and superior control with monitoring capabilities. The innovative design of the UV LED MAX heads offers superior thermal management by means of a copper core and optimized aluminum heat sink used to extract and dissipate internal heat generated by the LED, allowing enhanced air cooling efficiency in even the most challenging manufacturing environment.
OmniCure® UV LED MAX Heads utilize the latest in UV LED technology and are compatible with the LX300, LX400 and LX400+ controllers. To improve process integration flexibility, UV LED MAX Heads are offered in either a short or long style with multiple wavelengths to choose from (i.e. 365nm, 385nm, 400nm) and a selection of replaceable focusing lenses to meet the spot size and irradiance level required for a specific application.
