System Design and Integration
All Lumen Dynamics systems are engineered with an underlying philosophy of enhanced functionality, reliability, and optimized system integration for manual or automated manufacturing; while maintaining simple operation and low maintenance. Lumen Dynamics incorporates intelligence into its systems with the use of embedded micro-controllers that provide output regulation, patented feedback control, process monitoring / recording, and integral safety systems.
The Lumen Dynamics Advantage
Unparalleled control is the hallmark of all Lumen Dynamics technology. Every Lumen Dynamics system, component and accessory is designed to harness and deliver specific regions of the light spectrum for use in precision applications in UV digital printing, manufacturing with UV adhesive bonding, and specialty illumination such as fluorescence microcopy. The flexibility of our systems also provides unmatched control to users, allowing them to install and calibrate equipment to exactly meet their unique facility and process requirements.
- Higher Stability through Optical Monitoring: Lumen Dynamics has added a sophisticated optical monitoring for enhanced control and lamp power management including Closed Loop Feedback to provide consistent optical output.
- Enhanced Process Repeatability through Optical Calibration: Unlike any UV spot cure system on the market the Lumen Dynamics' closed loop feedback loop can be calibrated using Lumen Dynamics' patented radiometry technology and patented calibration method which is traceable to international standards maintained by NIST.
In addition application of innovative optics design and technology provides users with unmatched control over all aspects of the light delivered. Only the light that reaches the target area is useful to the photoactivated process. Lumen Dynamics has developed a wide range of optical delivery systems incorporating tailored lenses, spectral filters, light guides and homogenizers that employ this technology. Lumen Dynamics' focus is to tailor the spectral, spatial and angular distribution from the light guides in order to further optimize application processes.
